Q. Why do I only see beginner classes open for online registration?A. To maintain the integrity of the classes for the experienced dancer, we do not allow open registration for continuing level classes. For those of you returning with us or if you have previous experience, please contact us to discuss class placement. Call, email or come in the studio.Q. What happens after I have created or activated my account? A. Beginner classes - We will process your request and payment, then you will receive an email confirmation stating your registration is complete. Experienced students - if you have not contacted us about class placement, we will need to speak with you to enroll your dancer. Call, email or come in to the studio. Once we know what class/es are for your dancer, same as above.... We will enroll them, process your payment and send you an email confirmation.
Q. I don't have to come in and fill out any paperwork? A. No. Everything we did previously is now handled online. The onlines policies section covers all the paperwork that was previously filled out. Activation of your account required agreement to the list of our school policies.Q. How do I know the required style of shoes for class/es?A. Required shoe styles are listed under the "requirements" tab for each class and they are also listed on the confirmation email you receive once your registration is complete.
Q. What if I prefer to come in to register in person? A. By all means, come in to register! We love to see our MSDC parents :) Online registration is a convenience we offer for those that have busy schedules, if you're out of town or for those that just prefer it.
Q. How do I update my credit card information? A. You will need to come in or call to update this information.
